In the morning we will continue in Mark and will come to Mark 6.33, 34. Here we see the unfolding of the work of the Great Shepherd for His flock, ready to care for them even when it is inconvenient. This is the work of Jesus Christ still today in His church. There is rich food to be found here

Theme: Our Shepherd Lord cares for His sheep at the cost of inconvenience

1. "But" the plan of wilderness rest was interrupted

2. The crowds recognized those who had been engaged in gospel ministry

3. Jesus landed…Jesus saw…Jesus had compassion – why is He singled out?

4. The Great Shepherd tends the flock by teaching them
