Raised to the Heavenly Places, Part 2

47

As Martin Luther stated, “If we knew what we were saved from, we would die from fear; if we knew what we were saved to, we would die of joy.”
What you enjoy in Jesus Christ is far greater than you typically acknowledge. This is why we need the Word of God.
We need our focus to be on the true reality and what is most important.
Last week we started looking at the word translated as heavenly places in the book of Ephesians.
We considered the first three uses of this word from Ephesians 1:3, 20; 2:6.
We have been been raised with Christ and seated with Him in the heavenly places.
Today we will look at the final uses of the word found in Ephesians 3:10 and 6:12.
In these two passages we consider the incredible privilege we have in Christ as well as the intense spiritual battle we are called to face.
Know the blessing and the battle of being part of the body of Christ.
