The Father of Glory

Talking about 'father' may evoke shame rather than glory, but Christ has revealed the Father of glory. We can know God as Father, as Jesus knew him, and in the way he revealed him. We can know him, and continue to know him, as the God who removes our shame, fulfils our deepest needs and and revives us with hope. It is by coming under his authority that we are secure. In fact, this is the only true path to human glory, to know the Father of glory and to reflect him in all our life.
