Rehoboam giving your second best

Continuing in our new series, this week we looked at Solomon's son, Rehoboam.
Rehoboam took advice from the wrong people and didn't rely on God. His pride got in the way and God was not his priority.
God wants us to depend on him and rely on him, he doesn't want us be like Rehoboam who did it his way without taking the right advice. He wants us to be fully for him and not have one foot in the world and the other in the church. We should offer God our best and not our leftovers or instead of's.
Pray, read the bible, come to church, be a witness and do what God asks of you.
