A Famine of Hearing

Famine of the word of God.
Famine of the ways of God.
Famine of the wisdom of God.
Famine of the wonder of God.

Men forget in a famine.

Amen. Well said. Men also "lust" in the wilderness. They ask ungodly questions like "Can God set a table"? Their cravings are strong.

C'mon... it's a cascading causality of a downward bend and slide toward the roots of our depravity, unbelief, enmity, rebellion and self sufficiency.

Famines are the results of seasons of droughts...

Localized seasons of droughts can produce parched and localized unhealthiness. Areas can be drastically effected before spreading abroad.

Some famines take much longer to set in, but some droughts will blow in a famine much quicker than others.
