An Appointment at a Well

Our God, who is the "blessed controller of all things," enters into history. He has established divine appointments. For example, in John 1:43 we read about a disciple named Philip. "The following day Jesus wanted to go to Galilee, and He found Philip and said to him, 'Follow Me.'" He also had a divine appointment with Saul the persecutor. He told us about in Galatians 1:15-16. "But when it pleased God, who separated me from my mother's womb and called me through His grace, to reveal His Son in me, that I might preach Him among the Gentiles, I did not immediately confer with flesh and blood."
Today, we will look at an unnamed woman at a well in Sychar in Samaria.
