Acts 17 Pt3 - Paul Ever Evangelizing

Paul was ushered to Athens primarily to escape the Jews who followed him from Thessalonica to Berea in order to persecute him and stop the spread of the Gospel. However, "his spirit was provoked within him as he saw that the city was full of idols". Filled with competing philosophers, Jews and the Greek pantheon of gods, the people of Athens considered themselves spiritual and high-minded always ready to hear and argue competing ideas. Paul makes the most of this proclaiming Jesus and the resurrection as the one Truth.
