Christian Education: Luxury or Necessity?

This program is focused upon helping parents to see that the alternative of Christian education is not a mere luxury, but a Divine mandate. For too many parents, the alternative of Christian education, whether at home or in the traditional classroom, is regarded as a mere option rather than a genuine necessity. Although plenty of pragmatic reasons can be given to try to motivate parents to abandon secular government schools; yet, today’s discussion will center upon challenging parents to commit to Christian education primarily because it is the only type of educational approach that God loves.
The choices that parents make in the area of their children’s schooling, reveal a great deal about what they truly value or love. As Jesus said in Matthew Chapter 6 “...For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.” One of the primary goals of this broadcast, will be to encourage parents to be more consistent in integrating their faith with their routine educational choices so that they are in step with what God loves.
