What is a good servant of Christ?

If someone asked a group of believers, 'What makes a pastor a good pastor?' they might say things like, 'he is a good listener,' or 'he cares about his people,' or 'he visits his people.' While all of these things may be true, Tony Jackson of Reformation Baptist Church (a Denver Church) explains that in this passage, Paul is mostly concerned about a pastor's faithfulness to the Word of God. This is what truly defines a 'good servant of Christ.'
