Let Us Draw Near

The gospel, when rightly understood, is truly too hard to believe, it is too good to be true, to the natural mind. But it is true. And we are called to come in faith. It is because our High Priest, Jesus Christ, is sympathetic with our weaknesses that we are to draw near with confidence to God, through Him. It is truly wondrous and glorious that we do not come to the throne of judgment, but to the throne of grace, and there find mercy and grace to help in time of need.
