To the Church in Laodicea

The Church is Laodicea had nothing good said about them by Christ. They were called lukewarm for neither being fully for Christ or fully for the world. Christ would rather they serve one master than serving both badly. He warns them that if they don't repent he will spew them out of his mouth. Yet even with this severe warning from Christ he bids them to come to him without money and he will allow them to sit with him on his throne.
