In what way did Christ “see the travail of his soul and was satisfied” (Isa. 53:11)? The answer is two-fold. One concerned the fulfillment of the promise that the Father gave to Him regarding His person. The second had to do with those He loved, namely those He saved. How should we respond to His grace? The three points of the sermon are as follows:
I. He satisfied divine justice and mercy
II. He is content with what He has received
III. Are you satisfied with what God has given you?
