Unstoppable

In Acts 5:12-42, the Sanhedrin is deeply frustrated by their inability to stop the apostles of Jesus Christ from preaching the Gospel, so they resolve to leave the apostles alone and let the Jesus movement die out on its own. Well, here we are two thousand years later, and the Church is still going strong, preaching the Gospel all over the earth. Why can't the opposition stop the Church in it's mission? The answer is that the risen Christ has promised to be with His servants in their work, even to the end of the age.
