The Same Mind, the Same Love

In Philippians 2:1-2, the Apostle urges unity on the basis of the Triune God's blessings and Christian affection and compassion. It would fill Paul's heart with joy to see that the Philippian saints were thinking the same and expressing the same love, united in purpose and unified in their understanding. In this context, to think the same is to think in a Gospel direction, submitted to the Word of God that we might live a Gospel-driven life.
