Confessing the Name of Jesus - 11

The name of Jesus means "Jehovah saves". The power of Christ's name is emphasized in Acts 4. Throughout scripture, the name of God is associated with his power. Is the name of Jesus your place of refuge? Have you learned to rise up and walk by exclusive belief in his name? Christ's name is matchless, since it is impossible to find salvation in any other name. Christ's name is needed, because we are sinners. Our sin is so great that God sent his only son to accomplish what we cannot.
