Following Godly Examples

In Philippians 3:17, Paul admonishes the brethren to join together in imitating him and those who lives serve as a godly example. Paul is not suggesting that they conform to him but follow him as he seeks to be conformed to Christ. Our Lord Jesus is the standard. We should seek to live in such a way that our conduct serves as a model for others in pursuit of godly living.
