Attempting to approach God

The Law of First's sets the rules for how something is to be used throughout the Bible. Here one of the big things we see is how we are to approach God. If we come by way of doctrine, which is His established way, we are accepted. Should we come by way of religion, which is the human way of saying this is how He wants it, then we are rejected. Being rejected leads to more bad decisions, trouble, and eventually not even trying to come to God.
