Waw: The Testifying Man

Having experienced God's help and expressed dependence upon the Lord, the author of Psalm 119, now wants opportunity to give a testimony of who God is, by the Word of God. He wants a biblical answer to the mocker and wants to testify by both Word and Deed. Not only is this a great example to follow, but a command we should be obedient to.
