The Good Work of God

It's good to know that we are going to be fine as a church. God's mission will be finished one day. Nobody is going to derail God. Paul may be in prison. Epaphroditus may be sick. Money might be tight. The political scene might be turning against us, but nothing stops the advance of the Gospel.

This work goes on until the day of Jesus Christ. This day is the eschatological day when Christ will return as Judge and King. What robs you of gratitude and joy as the work of God continues even through our present time? This is the question we must face. We answer this question by determining our participation level in Gospel work. Just think through three concepts of God's gospel work among our fellowship today: faith, hope, and love.
