God ordained marriage to reveal Himself and His great love, especially for His image-bearers. We honor and glorify Him when we receive this precious gift and promote His intended purposes for it. If we redefine it according to our own opinions and purposes, we do so to our own hurt and the destruction of society. Thanks be to God for this great gift of unity, hope and love.
