The Unclean Spirit

Unclean spirits are mentioned many, many more times than devils in the New Testament. In the Old Testament "unclean" was a big issue with God. The word means exactly what it says. Someone with an unclean spirit is someone who is defiled in their spirit and mind and soul. They utter profanity, their mind is full of profane, ungodly thoughts, and the uncleanness shows in their outward actions as well. Unclean spirits are a major problem now and we need to deal with the issue.
