The Church at Philadelphia - Rev. 3:7-13

Keys represent authority. Christ possesses 'the key of David', not the Jews. Christ opens and closes the door, and Christ declares to the Philadelphian Christians that He has given them 'an open door and no one can shut it', not even the Jews. Those Jews who reject Christ are now declared by Christ to be 'the synogogue of Satan.'
