Charging the Disciples - Abide in Me

Jesus' announcement of His imminent departure left His disciples confused and fearful and He sought to comfort and reassure them. He was going to return to establish a radically new relationship with them in the person of His indwelling Spirit. But this new relationship would bring a new responsibility - the obligation to abide in Him as He remained in them.
