No Pain, No Gain

Biblical growth, living a life 'as unto The Lord, in order to make us fitted for heaven involves our progressive sanctification. We will never be perfect here upon this earth, we will always fall short, be affected by besetting sins and daily battles, but as Christians we press on to Glory. Our sanctification is not down to ourselves, but is yet another evidence of God's grace. We seek to make gains as we take daily steps in our Christian life, but we are to live today with heaven in mind!
