Waiting Overcomes Doubting

In Isaiah 40:27-31, we are shown 2 realities about our
doubts.
I. Our doubts are displayed:
A. I am beyond God's reach (v. 27a-c).
B. God doesn't care about me (v. 27ab, d).
II. Our doubts are dispelled:
A. We already know (v.28a) . . .

1. Yahweh is the everlasting creator
   (v. 28b).
2. Yahweh has all power and
   understanding (v. 28c).
3. Yahweh overcomes our weaknesses
   by sharing His power (v. 29).

B. So we wait (v. 31a):

1. The strongest among us will fail in
   strength (v. 30).
2. But those among us who wait on
   Yahweh will renew our strength
   (v. 31).
