I John-Chapter 02 - 11

Too often it is considered that younger Christians may live a lower standard than the aged because they will sow their "wild oats." Here the Scriptures teach us that those that are younger and truly Christian do not live of the world but they overcome the evil one and his ways. Furthermore, they abide in the Scriptures and manifest a life of holiness. While they are still sinners and cannot overcome or do away with the flesh and continually fight it until death, they are strong, overcome evil, and continually abide in the Word.
