How do we know Christ Jesus is the Mediator sent from God? From the Holy Gospel, which God Himself first revealed in Paradise, afterwards proclaimed by the holy patriarchs and prophets, and foreshadowed by the sacrifices and other ceremonies of the law, and finally fulfilled by His well-beloved Son.
There are numerous pictures and foreshadowings of Christ throughout the Old Testament. In today's study we look at Genesis 17 where God promises Abraham that from Sarah's womb the promise would be fulfilled. He gave the Sign of Circumcision as an enduring reminder.
