The Pharisee in You

Matthew 23 contains Jesus’ most scathing words to the religious leaders of His day. But His rebukes cannot be heard as if it were simply directed toward those who were about to crucify Him a little more than 2,000 years ago. Instead, we need to ask, "Are WE missing anything?" and "Where might WE be deceived?" This sermon will ask a number of questions that this Bible text should cause us to ask ourselves - based on what Jesus says to the scribes and Pharisees.
