Jesus, Cornerstone of Faith

Because of the resurrection of Jesus, he has become the cornerstone of our faith. This is shown by the resurrection account and through prophecy. The apostles gave testimony to Jesus as being the foundation of our faith. Paul as well as Peter quoted the prophecy of Isaiah on this very thing, that Jesus is the "cornerstone" of our faith. Let us therefore remember that the truth God reveals to us about his Son Jesus is a greater and more important truth than that of the world. Jesus as our foundation of faith is for life now and for eternity to come.
