We must learn to differentiate between a parent's responsibility and a child's responsibility. Both parents and children make choices for which each is held accountable. So, if a parent truly loves his child, he will rely upon the Lord to do what he cannot do. "Unless the LORD builds the house, they labor in vain who build it" (Psalm 127.1).
