God's Design for the Church Part One

The Church of the Twenty-First Century is facing an identity crisis. What is its mission and work in the world? Should it be user friendly, seeker sensitive, purpose driven, steadfastly traditonal? The true answer to such questions can only be found by going back to the root issue of God's design for the church. This message from Paul's description of the Church in Romans 1:7 attempts to focus upon the church's design as a being that of visble assemblies subject in the totality of its membership to the Word of God.
