What Elijah found

A little over three years prior Elijah had told Ahab there wouldn't be any more rain until he said so. Elijah was operating on God's time table and he himself didn't know when he would ask God to send the rain again. Now that the prophet is back in the land of Israel he was coming face to face with the results of recent events. Somethings had been set up well in advance while others were simply the result of the drought and the same can be said of our local assemblies. Where we go from here depends on what we find and our response to it.
