Looking For the Purpose

Who sinned? This is the question that the Jews asked Jesus about the blind man in John 9. There is a physical and a spiritual blindness and Jesus can heal them both. Ailments sometimes test our faith though because, in our fallen state, we always want to look for something to blame. Maybe that is easy in some cases but most of the time we are not seeing everything that is going on behind the scenes. In the scripture today the disciples were looking for the cause while Jesus was looking for the purpose. Whatever the situation you find yourself in do you struggle to find contentment? Do you glorify God in every situation? Listen, and as you press into God, you will find the answers to your questions and most of all you will learn to accept the answers God gives you. God bless you!
