Love Sums It Up!

In Romans 13:8-10 Paul explains why we are to continually love one another by presenting a 3-fold argument.

I. The Command: Continually love each other (v. 8a).

II. The Reason: The lover has fulfilled the law (v. 8b).

III. The Proof:

A. The lover has fulfilled the law (v. 8b).

B. Love your neighbor as yourself
(which sums up the law) (v. 9).

B1. Love does no wrong to a neighbor
(which sums up the law) (v. 10a).

A1. Love is the fulfilling of the law (v. 10b).
