Prologue to Smellie's Covenanters

Pronounced "Smiley", "Smellie's Men of the Covenant" is one of the best treatments of the subject of the Scottish Covenanters that I have read.

We do well to remember Covenanting times, and the men and women who suffered and laid down their lives for Christ's Crown and Covenant, for we too may soon be called to follow in their footsteps.
