The Darkness Shattering Work of Jesus

A dig through in Romans has led us throughout the Scriptures looking at the work of grace and how God shatters the darkness.

I want us to think about this servant and his heart to teach and transform the minds of all who would one day read this word to the brethren in Rome. Nearly 80 questions and explanations are found in the book of Romans. May we read each one and seek the Lord for answers we need to trust and live for Him. Remember, let God be true and every man a liar (Romans 3:4)

He Promises to Shatter The Darkness and Remove the Veil

"O Lord, my strength and my fortress,
My refuge in the day of affliction,
The Gentiles shall come to You
From the ends of the earth and say,
"Surely our fathers have inherited lies,
Worthlessness and unprofitable things." Will a man make gods for himself,
Which are not gods? "Therefore behold, I will this once cause them to know,
I will cause them to know
My hand and My might;
And they shall know that My name is the Lord." (Jeremiah 16:19-21)

Fundamentally speaking… no new creature, in Christ Jesus, will ever be recused or regenerated apart from this promise and redeeming work being accomplished by God through the message of the gospel.

He promises… to remove the veil of dar
