Roots and Results of Grace

"… the grace of God and the gift by the grace of one Man, Jesus Christ, abounded to many." (Romans 5:15)

This gift by the grace of Jesus is the gift of righteousness… (His life) and this gift is the application and results of the root, the grace of God, upon the sons of glory.

"…but we see Jesus, crowned with glory and honor, that He (Jesus) by the grace of God, might taste death for everyone (the sons). For it was fitting for Him (the Father), for whom are all things and by whom are all things, in bringing many sons to glory, to make the captain of their salvation (Jesus) perfect through suffering (by the grace of God). For both He (Jesus) who sanctifies and those who are being sanctified (sons) are all of One (the Father), for which reason He (Jesus) is not ashamed to call them (sons) brethren…" (Hebrews 2:8-13)

…as You (the Father) have given Him (Jesus) authority over all flesh, that He (Jesus) should give eternal life to as many as (no more, no less) as You (the Father) have given Him (Jesus)… (John 17:1-3)
