The resurrection of the promised Messiah is the root and branch of the Christian Religion. But for the mission of the Messiah to be complete, it had to be attached to other aspects of His ministry.

For instance, the Incarnation is an important aspect of the whole Gospel message, as is His public life, His teaching, His miracles, His betrayal, His crucifixion, death, burial, resurrection, 40 day sojourn, ascension and the empowerment of His people at Pentecost.

But the most overlooked aspect of the entire mission is His 40 day public presentation.
