The Two Cities

We see in this passage of Scripture two cities - the city of Light and the city of darkness. We compare and contrast the city sitting under judgment - Babylon and the city of God's people - Jerusalem. This scripture shows the need to repent and flee from the wrath of God. We see the importance of the glory of God over everything else and are encouraged to have a holy reverence as we approach our Almighty God.
