Death Could Not Hold Him!

The prophetic necessity of the resurrection means that this world shaking event is not just a happy turn of events or even God's intervention to reverse a sad state of affairs but the essential fulfillment of God's predetermined and eternal plan. The holy love of God planned the destruction of sin and death in His Son so that through the glory of the Father we too might be raised with Him into a renewed life.
