Psalm 78:5 & 6: Raising Godly Families To The Fourth Generation

The responsibility of men in the church extends to four generations. Grandfathers finishing well in the faith; fathers raising up godly sons; sons living in obedience to their parents; young men taking their rightful place in the church and society so as to work, minister, marry and bear the next generation of Christians. Each generation is held responsible before God to live in a godly and responsible manner. Unfortunately for both society and the church, in our modern society, each generation has come to view itself as excluded from these responsibilities and instead free to pursue their own lives, pleasures and entertainments at great cost both to the church and the society in which they live.
