O Tidings Of Comfort And Joy

In the midst of chains and affliction in prison, Paul wrote a letter to the church at Philippi to comfort and strengthen them. We would do well to hear, trust and obey what the Spirit is saying to the church through it today. The outline of the sermon is as follows:
I. Suffering for Christ: Joy in the struggle for the Gospel (chap. 1)
II. Serving like Christ: Joy in humility (chap. 2)
III. Striving toward Christ: Joy in the hard race (chap. 3)
IV. Standing in Christ: Joy in harsh afflictions (chap. 4)
