God arrested him after a horrific accident and 2 weeks in a coma. He suffers from TBI (Traumatic Brain Injury). He is permanently disabled and that explains the difficulty in speaking -- but he worked hard on his testimony and God gave him grace to deliver it in an understandable way. He was baptized on the same day.
