Salvation: Floating Ax Head! The most astounding salvation story in the Bible!

Where did we leave off... oh, yes. We were combining 2 Kings 5 with 2 Kings 6. Let me preface this lecture with this. Along with Genesis 15, this is perhaps the most effective picture and presentation of salvation in the Old Testament, if... you find the hidden meaning that is so plain once it's been pointed out to you.

Our pastor starts off describing all of the occurrences that happen in this exact spot of the Jordan River. That should get your interest right away. Then he gives us some 3:16's to ponder. Look at Joshua 3:16 alongside Matthew 3:16, and then go to John 3:16 and 1 Timothy 3:16, and then finish with Revelation 3:16. That's just an extra credit assignment.
