Shelter in time of storm

The last word of verse four is the word "holiness" which can mean a sacred place. When we think of a sacred place generally we are talking about some sort of building, such as a church building. There are walls and a roof, for the most part. This building allows for shelter from the elements. For the Christian God's holiness is our shelter. It doesn't mean we won't go through the storm it just means we won't experience it like those on the outside.
