We Would See Jesus

There were many in His own day, who were greatly upset by the popularity of The Lord Jesus Christ, particularly some of the so-called 'religious' establishment. Even so, great crowds often thronged to see Him, some drawn by simple curiosity, but others by miracles that He performed such as the raising of Lazarus from the dead. The Gospel of John records the instance of a group of Greeks who desperately wanted to meet with Jesus, and to talk with Him. They wanted to spend time with Him, and to get to know Him. There are a great many really relevant lessons in the consideration of this account.

What is Jesus to you? Do you want to really know Him, or is He just a passing acquaintance? For those of us who are true believers in The Lord Jesus Christ, people of the world may think we are crazy, but they do not understand the rewards that await the believer. Jesus said 'come unto me', if you do, He will not reject your advances.
