Precepts or Pain - Sauers (2/2)

In 1 Samuel 4, the Israelite army was defeated, the spiritual leaders were killed, and there was great fear because the spiritual leaders were corrupt, there was sin in the camp, and they were treating the ark of God as a good-luck charm.

Let us today examine our hearts and see if we treat God so lightly, so that we might repent and learn to obey by examining His precepts instead of through pain.
