Many supposedly "mature" Christians have compromised their growth, maturity and production to sit through years of worthless seeker friendly services instead of being taught the Word of God weekly in their local church service. This is a tactical error of the western church that has killed the church's authenticity and its right to legitimately exist as God's representatives on earth. Most pastors think entertaining visitors and pacifying baby believers is more important than feeding the sheep. This is why most churches are worthless. Thinking people and sincere Christians quickly realize that Sunday morning church attendance is a waste of time and an exercise in emotional vanity. Discipleship and leadership training has become a mere reproduction of spiritual imitation flaunted by souls in emotional revolt against the authority of God's written Word.
