Acts 2:22-36

Because God made Jesus both Lord and Christ, we must repent!
God attested to Jesus (life & ministry) (v. 22)
God performed mighty acts through Him (22a)
Miracles, wonders, and signs were highly visible (22b)
Predicted in the OT by the prophet Joel (22b)

God delivered Jesus up (crucifixion) (v. 23)
Cause: Predetermined plan and foreknowledge of God (23a)
Means: Godless men (23b)

God raised Jesus (resurrection) (v. 24-32)

Predicted in the NT by Jesus (Mt 16:21; 17:22-23)
Verified by many witnesses (1 Cor 15:3-8)

God exalted Jesus (ascension) (v. 33-36)
Gave Jesus the promise of the Holy Spirit (33)

and this demands our repentance! (36-38)
