Why We Must Eat the Meat of the Word

When a person is born again, God calls him or her to Christian maturity. Just as a person grows physically by leaving behind the milk of infancy and feeding on meat, we grow to spiritual maturity by interacting with the 'meat of the Word.' Our Christian lives will change and grow as we engage in serious Bible study, and as we submit to the truth that God will show us.
